Confirmations

Confirmation phone calls, email and-or SMS Message are provided as a service to Envy Salon guests with pre-booked appointments.

Referrals

We love all our great clients! If friends and family are as great as you we’d love to see them too! Send in 2 referrals and get a complimentary haircut for you!

Cancellations

  1. We ask that you give a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. This allows the stylist to fill their time with another guest.
  2. We realize that life can be unpredictable and that “no shows” happen. The first one is understandable. The second one makes us think that you might not care. If more than two “no shows” occur, we will have to get your credit card information before booking another appointment with the stylist.
  3. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please call the salon to reschedule. We want to give our guests only the best and when our time is cut short, it doesn’t ensure that you or other guests are able to receive the best.
  4. It is our desire to fully satisfy each of our guests but sometimes there are things that need to be “tweaked.” We fully guarantee our work up to a full week after the initial service. If more than a week goes by, we will have to charge if any changes are wanted.
